feature idea

National Organic Week (NOW) falls in mid September in Ireland this year. This year NOW promises to be bigger and better than ever. A real highlight will the appearance in Ireland, for the first time, of Erin Brokovitch, who is speaking at an event in UCD on the 20th September.

4 part package for National Organic Week:

Summary of consumer events for NOW: 500 words

Box on what organic food is, how to recognise it, why its worth consuming, what they key issues are: 400 words

Interview with Erin Brockovich (EB) who is speaking in Ireland as part of NOW: her life, her work and her current organic-related work: 800 words

Short profile on Glenisk: why would a company bring someone like EB over to Irl? What’s their ‘mission’? 500 words (300 on who they are and their products, 200 on the mission bit)

Package will only be available as a minimum of 3 of the above 4, to run weekend before 20th.

Extra information:

I have been guaranteed the EB interview, but do not as of yet know if it will be before or after the 20th. This will define when this part of the package runs, or indeed when the overall package runs

You are the first organisation to be offered this oportunity.
